Built and currently operate successful graphic/web creative design firm, Studio Cai, specializing in high quality Web Design and New Media Creative Solutions; as well as Chinese-Italian-English translation services for top tier clients including private and public corporations, banks, non-profit, education, and e-commerce organizations. Grew sales 300% in 3 years.

Orchestrated creation of innovative visual concepts and design layout for multimedia and WebTV content with Grouppo Editoriale L’Espresso S.P.A.

Provided Chinese translation service for portal of Salvador encompassing Reconstruction, Tire, Recycling, Paving Antitrauma between North Italy-China-Brasil; resulting in 50%-175% increase in website traffic.
